Where this occurs, the product supplied will remain consistent with the description of the product offered for sale.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, discontinue products and limit quantities where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights where a product is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and The Party Toy Box is formed when we accept your order and confirm that the products have been dispatched, unless we have notified you otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:

a product is unavailable;
there is an obvious pricing or product description error;
we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity;
we are unable to obtain payment; or
delivery cannot reasonably be made to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount you paid for the cancelled order.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that cancellation or changes will be possible once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Our Returns & Refund Policy applies to eligible returns and refunds.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are in British pounds (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

The price payable for a product will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We aim to ensure that all prices and product information on our website are accurate. However, if we discover an obvious error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment must be successfully received before your order is processed for dispatch.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided when placing your order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will normally be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Available delivery services and charges will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods and bank holidays.

Free delivery is available on orders of £35 or more, subject to the delivery options and conditions displayed at checkout.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive them, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including but not limited to our branding, logos, text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, videos, audio, page designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to The Party Toy Box and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
